The artisans who create this piece use only organic vegetable dyes to achieve the selection of deep and vibrant colors. Patchwork quilting is a traditional Mayan craft, using cotton patches to develop unique and vibrant color schemes with rich texture. Each quilt is made of patches from various regions of Guatemala, reflecting a variety of styles and colors. Corner tabs are sewn on, allowing your eye-catching creation to be hung as a tapestry. We strongly recommend that you hand wash your quilt in cold water and hang it to dry, or have it professionally dry cleaned.
